Once you come into contact with us, you will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will work closely with you to meet your requirements. In doing so, that dedicated PM will conduct weekly reporting with you and provide a comprehensive report on the recent development of your project, including sharing data about the candidate and workflow management. However, it is pertinent to mention that our reports are exclusive to retained or RPO clients and not available for contingency clients.

- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO): For the majority of our clients, this is the most popular plan. It is focused on improving operational efficiency and ensuring quality candidate sourcing while reducing costs. RPO programs are contracted, and Insight Talent Search offers hourly programs or fixed monthly fee options. Typically, our RPO model is going to save you 30-40% in fees comparing to a contingency plan. Further, the candidates who are surfaced and all the candidate profiles are exclusive to your organization. There is no additional fee when you do hire from the provided list. Your project manager meets with you weekly and delivered detailed executive reports on the progress of your search(es).
- Retained: Retained search is a model in which as a hiring company, you pay a fee to the search firm and commit to the process whereby the search firm manages the entire recruiting process. They will vet any incoming candidates that apply directly to your firm and expand the search to seek out candidate which are a very good fit but are now aware of your opportunity. All candidates are exclusive to your organization. Upon the submittal of 3 candidates, a second deposit on the search is paid to the search firm. When the employer hires, the final fee is paid. The retained search option includes weekly meetings with detailed executive reports. Typically retained searches are best suited to Executive roles or very complex, difficult to fill roles.
- Engaged Search: An engaged search is very similar to that of a retained search. except for the fact that the search is based on a deposit on the search and then the balance is due upon a successful hire. All candidates are exclusive to your organization. The engaged search option includes weekly meetings with detailed executive reports. These are ideally suited to roles where the skills are finite, unique, or difficult to fill.
- Contingent recruitment: model is based on a “paid upon hire” model there is a considerably higher (approximately 30%-33%) of the first year’s total compensation) fee for the service and the candidates are not exclusively presented to your firm. There are no weekly meetings or executive reports available with this model. This can cause a “price war” for competing companies for the same candidates, boosting the cost of hire even more. At this time, Insight Talent Search, does not offer contingent search plans.
Our process is efficient and specifically designed to meet your deadline and objectives. Therefore, once you contact our team, you will receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours. In the meanwhile, we generate the list from our pool of vetted and selected candidates. If they match the job description as per your role, then we align the interview schedules and conduct the assessment to find the right fit candidate for the position available at your company/organization. The duration of the search will be dependent on the responsiveness and the internal client hiring workflow. Depending on the specific role we generally produce submitted candidates within the first 2 weeks of the engagement.
At Insight Talent Search, you will be offered a dedicated project manager to help you with your special request. This point of contact will remain in touch with you throughout the project cycle. Likewise, this person will also conduct regular meetings based on the time decided by both parties.
